Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "5j111" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://5j111.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 5j111 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 5j111 platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment services, customer support, promotional tools, and other features made available by 5j111.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" means the stored value balance held within a Player's 5j111 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a 5j111 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 5j111 and applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• "Business Day" means any day from Monday to Friday excluding Philippine public holidays as declared by the Office of the President.

By accessing the 5j111 website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the 5j111 Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5j111 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 5j111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

2. You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.

5. You have not previously been self-excluded from 5j111 or had an Account terminated for cause under these Terms.
6. You are not acting under the influence of a self-exclusion order from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.

5j111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, 5j111 will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed, and return any remaining real-money deposits to the payment source where technically feasible. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 5j111 platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. 5j111 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to update your account information in a timely manner.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying 5j111 customer support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Ensuring your Account is not accessible by persons under 21 years of age.

5j111 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its discretion, including where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

5j111 is required by applicable regulations to conduct identity and age verification of all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or equivalent).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement, GCash account screenshot showing the registered name).
• Any additional documentation required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by 5j111 may result in temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal functionality. 5j111 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

5j111 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• The funds deposited are not derived from illegal activity.
• You are not using the 5j111 platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service.

5j111 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees outside of 5j111's control. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5j111 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 5j111 is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 5j111 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically 3–5 minutes from approval; available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): Typically within 30 minutes from approval during banking hours; up to 2 hours outside standard banking hours.

5j111 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where:

• KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
• The withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not been fulfilled.
• The Player's Account is under investigation or subject to a regulatory hold.

Only real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) may be withdrawn. 5j111 does not charge withdrawal fees. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 5j111's control.

5j111 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all 5j111 bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement (typically 10× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated) that must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after issuance unless a different period is specified in the promotion terms.
• 5j111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and void bonuses or associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Refer to the specific promotion terms for game contribution rates.

All games available on the 5j111 platform are governed by individual game rules accessible via the game information panel within each game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rule is more specific to the matter in question.

Game outcomes at 5j111 are determined as follows:

• RNG-based games (slots, bingo, virtual games): Outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and approved by an accredited testing laboratory.
• Live dealer games (Ezugi Live): Outcomes are determined in real time by physical actions (card dealing, wheel spinning) conducted by human dealers on camera, streamed in HD.
• Sports and sabong betting: Outcomes are determined by the real-world result of the relevant event. 5j111 accepts no responsibility for the results of third-party events.

5j111 is not liable for technical failures, interrupted gameplay, or data connection issues that occur outside of 5j111's infrastructure. Where a game is disconnected mid-round, 5j111 will apply its technical failure resolution procedure to determine the appropriate outcome, which may involve voiding the round and returning the wager to the Player's Wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5j111 platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person.
• Creating or maintaining more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in breach of Philippine AML laws.
• Using the platform to facilitate the transfer of funds to or from third parties.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in table or card games.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate transactions processed by 5j111.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

5j111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account deactivation for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which results in the permanent closure of the Account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

All content on the 5j111 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface, game content, text, software, and audio — is the intellectual property of 5j111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 5j111 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 5j111 platform without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5j111 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond 5j111's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

5j111's aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5j111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

5j111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• 5j111 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory authority instructs 5j111 to take such action.
• Technical security measures require the Account to be suspended pending investigation.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5j111 may forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part, subject to applicable legal obligations. Where no breach has occurred, the real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 5j111 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 Business Days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 5j111, you agree to first contact 5j111 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, or to an alternative dispute resolution process agreed upon by both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 5j111 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

5j111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect a Player's rights, obligations, or the manner in which 5j111 handles Player funds — will be communicated to registered Players via:

• Email notification to the address on record, and/or
• In-platform notification upon login.

Material changes will take effect no earlier than 14 calendar days after notification, unless required by law or regulatory directive to take effect sooner. Non-material changes (such as correction of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of 5j111 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
